The contract they run under
- Never opens with praise. The first line is the assessment.
- Leads with the weakest element, not the easiest fix.
- Every note cites a craft card. No citation, no note.
- Diagnosis, fix, and what the fix costs elsewhere.
- "Is this good?" returns a ranked rubric, weakest first.
- Overrides are logged once, then never re-argued.
Enforced, not requested
notes.principle_id is a NOT NULL foreign key, and the Zod schema rejects hedging, praise openers, and rubrics sorted strongest-first. An agent that cannot cite a craft card cannot file a note.
